Powerful Force
At the turn of the millennium, an inspiring film starring Haley Joel Osment of The Sixth Sense fame was released. This fictional tale chronicled 11-year-old Trevor McKinney's launch of what turned out to be a ‘viral’ goodwill movement. Trevor’s social studies teacher, Eugene Simonet, asked for each member of the class to put a plan into action that would in some small or big way change the world for the better.
Setting out to do just that Trevor calls his plan ‘Pay It Forward’, the title of the movie. Each goodwill recipient of the plan, initiated by Trevor, is charged with doing a good turn for three more people in need of help rather than them breaking the chain and stalling the plan by simply just paying the favour back directly to whoever had paid it forward.
Intentionally or otherwise Trevor’s plan was subject to the widely known Law of Compounding. Einstein is said to have called this mysterious mathematical multiplier ‘the most powerful force in the universe.’
It worked like magic, and the results were nothing short of miraculous.
[ SPOILER ALERT ] If I recall correctly eventually Pay It Forward returns to its source and Trevor, in dire need himself, becomes the grateful recipient of the level of support that he himself is powerless to find on his own (and if that wasn’t how it ended it should have been!)
Fail Forward
Well, we’re not going to pay it forward exactly. Not yet anyway.
But, in a similar fashion, we are going to learn how to look at and study the end result, the desired outcome, our soul-vision and work methodically backwards from there and consciously Fail Forward.
This is how we uncover any shortcomings in our plan to change the world for the better so that in the end, when it counts, we’re in a much stronger position to willingly pay it forward as often as we can.
Let’s begin with some definitions and a touch of pseudo-portmanteau to get our vision-led mental spellcasters warmed up and raring to go.
Reverse Engineering, sometimes called back engineering, is a process in which software, machines, aircraft, architectural structures, and other products are deconstructed to extract design information from them. Often, reverse engineering involves deconstructing individual components of larger products clandestinely for commercial gain.
Revere Seering is the benevolent Flowcasting™ version of reverse engineering. In this case, the product or outcome being reverse engineered is your soul-life-vision and its integral parts.
Revere | venerate, worship, adore, honour, and admire profoundly and respectfully, stress deference and tenderness of feeling toward and through your soul-vision, purpose, mission, and goals.
Seer | a person who sees; observer. a person who prophesises future events; prophet: industry seers predicted higher profits. a person endowed with profound moral and spiritual insight or knowledge; a wise person or sage who possesses intuitive powers.
Revere Seering is seeing the future today and remodelling it now, in advance, to enjoy a better tomorrow. Start at the end, at your most Ideal Outcome, and work to safely Fail Forward, as Value Resource cost-effectively as possible, as you work to manifest your vision.

Value Resources are your time, money, creativity, purpose, intention, inaction, and action. They’re the primary resources you have limited or unlimited access to that will help or hinder your vision realisation depending on whether you manage them reactively or proactively.
Working through the day-to-day details of your goals and dreams you can begin to envisage what might go right and what could go wrong if any or all of these Value Resources aren’t considered and nurtured.
Through Revere Seering potential failures can be anticipated, avoided, or prepared for ahead of time before it’s too late to do anything about them. Conversely, previously unforeseen desirable opportunities may be pre-empted by concocting an informed plan of action to take advantage of them when their time comes to grace your presence.
This enduring technique helps you chunk down the realisation of your vision into related yet discrete dreams, goals, projects, and missions.

To begin, spend time imagining the Ideal Outcome in all its glory.
How does it feel to achieve, acquire, or actualise this dream?
What does it mean to you? Why does it matter?
What are the positive knock-on effects of manifesting this desire?
Play full-out to your creative visionary strengths.
Visualise it the best way you know how to.

Next, consider the Value Resources that you could create, curate, and transfer to the Ideal Outcome itself or those who are able and willing to assist in the interest of meeting your need or manifesting your desire.
I think of this Value Offer as my Outgoings when they’re directed at realising my vision or moving me closer to my Ideal Outcome.
Brainstorm the quantities, aka the numbers behind the time, money, and (in)actions that you believe or know through experience, research, common, or uncommon sense, that you think and feel will be needed to ensure you realise and actualise your Ideal Outcome.

These brainstorm ideas, data, information, and numbers help you formulate a preliminary plan and budget. Something that can be scrutinised, tested, and revised. A plan and budget trigger us to consider all aspects of how to get the realisation job done and the quantity and quality of Value Resource Transfer required.
Revere Seering is an ongoing process. Its phases, stages, and cycles feedback into each other and inform next steps. When you put numbers to your plan and review your vision you can make more informed decisions and take considered focussed (in)action.
Confidently question the Why of any aspect or element to determine its importance now that more details are included within this professional Uncommon Approach to planning, budgeting, implementation, and all associated necessary decision making.

Revere Seering gives us the foresight to predict Value Resource (especially money) problems before they happen. It’s used to envision, pre-empt, plan, and prevent unwanted eventualities. Should they actually happen your aim is to have adequate contingencies in place.
The process gives you the insights necessary to handle negative and positive situations alike with more ease, grace, and flow.
Your decision-making is simplified to the point it’s as if decisions are making themselves for you. Not in an out of your control manner but because the work has already been done. The process is undertaken from a state of knowing peace and calm, rather than excessive emotional reaction, overthinking, overdoing, and overstretching.
Practicing the art of Flowcasting™ quickly becomes a veritable no-brainer. You are more likely to remember, foresee, be prepared for, and prevent challenging, undesirable, unexpected, unpredictable, and predictable day-to-day financial events. You will be in a much stronger position to weather the storms created by larger global black swan (think pandemic) events that would otherwise de-rail your projects.
Develop your practical self-inquiry and practical skills to improve your relationship with your personal money and business finance.
In the process uncover any default Common Approach reactive victim responses and replace them with decisive Uncommon Approach proactive no-brainer ease, grace, and creative flow.
Have fun working toward achieving your goals and realising your vision irrespective of any mayhem that’s going on around you.
“The perception of ‘financial pressures’ is due to expanding one’s life at too rapid a pace. This creates the illusion of a monetary shortage. The answer is not a financial one but merely one of patience. Are there too many sheep in a pasture, or is there a grass shortage? Wanting things impatiently results in moving ahead too fast for comfort. Learn to differentiate wants from needs.”
With perspective, we’re better prepared to marry our bigger picture matters that matter to us all vision-medley with the day-to-day detail of life’s context, content, and inevitable and often unavoidable conflict arising from the collision of disparate needs, wants, desires, and the irreversible value of time. Needs must, wants clash, desire sees.
The primary Value Resources available to us all are time, money, creativity, purpose, intention, inaction, and action. Time and money are the repositories of value. Master both to consistently source, create, curate, and transfer value inwardly and outwardly in the interest of realising your vision. According to Maslow, all true value is based on helping others to meet and maintain their own hierarchy of needs.
In doing so you will also meet your own need to self-actualise.

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs (adapted by Richard Conner • Copyright 2021 Transformerpreneur)
How do we use perspective to shed new light on the realities of manifesting your project, product, service, business, and life.
Or, perhaps more importantly transcending your hierarchy of needs?
We utilise perspective and our powers of perception to view raw Value Resource data across time. With vision this cross-section of once seemingly arbitrary unrelated information becomes more coherent.
It takes on form and tells a more compelling story.
“You get used to it, I don’t even see the code.
All I see is blond, brunette, redhead.”
This Value Resource data-based information flow is the fabric-code-weave underlying Neo’s Matrix. It’s the fisherman’s weighted cast net thrown into the wind that immediately draws your vision closer to you, second by minute, by hour, by day, by week, by month, by year, and finally when the time is right, context is established, conditions are favourable, and Value Resources are readily available.
Above and below all it’s your Value Transfer Money Map.
This streaming time slice provides a context, content, and conflict resolution window with which to preempt potential problems and ready yourself for previously unseen opportunities.
With it, you can navigate informed financial decisions with more ease, grace, and flow. You’ll take considered timely action, in good time, and work more productively toward realising your vision, while actually enjoying the evolutionary revolving cyclical epochal process.
Perceptual Shift
I’d like you to keep this sculptural art piece in mind as we progress. It’s called Perceptual Shift by visionary artist Michael Murphy.
Watch bit.ly/perceptual-shift. With time, all will become clear.
Perceptual Shift by visionary artist Michael Murphy
Time Traveller
The artwork reminds me of travelling through time.
Observe this scatter-gun sculpture from the side and you’ll only see a cross-sectioned instance of this seemingly amorphous random pattern that, at first glance, belies its true meaning and significance.
Examine it from the front or back and all becomes clear.
We might choose to see a receding record of past memories or a projection of potential future moments looking back and forth at us through time. It’s a visionary map depending on how you look at it.
It epitomises the power of Flowcasting™ to help keep your vision in mind. To me, it represents the Value Resource code, points, vectors, pixels, voxels, and net-works that make up my vision’s whole non-linear big picture context and the linear day-to-day detail content required to actualise and refine it in the real world.
Imagine if you could walk around the Perceptual Shift sculpture and rearrange the spheres to create a vision that you need and want to see realised at some point in the future. Wouldn’t that be akin to travelling back and forth through a window of time?

At least until you’re convinced that, for the moment, the map you’ve charted or the net you’ve cast will draw you a little or a lot closer to where you need to be, when you want to be there, and perhaps most importantly Why. Remember, needs most definitely must.
Now, imagine, trying to create this sculpture without a vision for its non-physical meaning and physical representation, design models and setting out drawings, a schedule of materials to be purchased, a good idea of how long it will take to make, and a detailed plan to bring it all together, on time, on budget, on vision in its exhibition space.
Everything of value to us takes time. Impatience is born of not knowing.
Understanding and appreciating this keeps things in perspective.
Furnish the not knowing with Value Resource vision, data, and information until the not knowing becomes knowing.
Short, medium, and long term Value Resource visibility is key.
There will be times when you realise you don’t really want what you thought you did. It’s better to appreciate this sooner than later.
Make informed decisions. Take considered action. Process any feedback. Change your direction. Revise your plan. Repeat.
Keep in Heartmind that some or all of the bad things anticipated or predicted may also just simply never happen. If an unwanted situation or event is unavoidable work diligently to put enough time in between now and then to change the outcome or at least lessen its mental, emotional, or material impact on your life and business.
See your money future as clearly as possible today so you can work proactively to change it now, ahead of time, for a better tomorrow.
Perpetually journey through time to establish and continually reaffirm your unique vision realisation epochal ‘decision context’.
An epoch is defined by the moment of time chosen to be the origin of an era, a reference starting point from which time is measured. David Spriggs’ experiential artwork, Epoch gives shape to time and perception. The complex layered shapes in Epoch all point towards a single vanishing point, much like we see in linear-perspective, which creates the illusion of depth on flat surfaces.
In Spriggs’ work, however, we see a different type of perspective, one that functions through three-dimensional space; a strata-perspective. The system of layered shapes expands outwards towards the viewer from an empty vanishing point.
Architectural in nature, these metallic shapes become symbolic of the layering of time, of the perception of the present overlapping the past or the future. Together, the complexity of shapes forms a larger three-dimensional semi-ellipsoid, taking the form of the human eye and encompassing the viewer’s field of vision.

Revere Seering affords us the foresight to predict Value Resource (especially money) problems and opportunities before they happen.
Pre-empt, plan for, and prevent unwanted eventualities, or prepare to pivot, should they threaten to materialise, whether or not we have adequate contingencies in place and readily available.

Let’s now reverse engineer Murphy’s Perceptual Shift and Spriggs’s Epoch artworks to build up or more accurately layer-up a more detailed schematic for the Flowcasting™ Revere Seering Failing Forward strategy and turn it into a practical and useful tool.
The stages listed here are followed by a diagrammatic representation.
Bringing awareness to light (time) and shadow (money, action) details projects a clearer higher resolution vision.
The light, being time, is to be broken down into short, medium, and long time frames, slices, periods, or epochs.
Vision is informed and derived from our current value reality, and incoming real and projected outcomes.
Potential future outcomes dictate the quantity and quality of Value Resource Transfer needed for vision realisation.
Consideration of vision-related detail over time leads to foresight; pre-emptive feedback on current behaviours.
Money ‘Movement’ Mapping Value Resources populates a sliding epochal ‘decision context’ time-slice window.
Value Resource Transfers enter, appear, or flow into the (un)rolling time window as incomes, cash, or (in)actions.
Value Resources exit, disappear, or flow out of the (un)rolling time window as expenses, cash, or (in)actions.
Proactively aligning the detailed ins and outs into specific time periods enhances vision realisation ‘code’ legibility.

Lens Be Honest
A microscope gives us the power to see the smallest details.
A telescope lets us visualise distant galaxies. Our eyes, mind, and mind’s eye all give us the imagination to envision and perceive that which already exists, doesn’t exist yet, and also that which no longer exists; consider a star that burned-out millions of years ago who’s last-light is only just reaching into our focussed lens of perception millions or billions of years later, after the ‘galactic death’ event.
What is that star’s truth I wonder? It no longer exists in the same recognisable form despite our being able to ‘see’ it.
Can we say the star is real? Heaven only knows.
Reality is all a matter of one’s ever-changing perspective; where and when you point your lens of perception and how you interpret what you see determines your experiential reality over time.
In other words, your unique contextual viewpoint.
The Whole Truth
Illustration by Richard Conner • Copyright 2021 Transformerpreneur
Lenses focus, distort, enlarge, reduce, or restrict our view to only a part-truth of the bigger picture, depending on how we use them.
Like the burned-out star, your vision will be illuminated long after your Value Resources are spent materialising it commensurate to how efficiently and effectively they’re utilised from now onwards.
The lenses we knowingly or unknowingly look through and perceive with largely determine our ability to understand, manage, and foresee the Value Resource creation, curation, and transfer detail, quality, and quantity needed to manifest what we want to see realised in the world at some critical, to us at least, point on our timeline.
Contextual Lenses
In life and business, there are many contexts and conditions that give rise to different interconnected combinations of content and conflict all vying for your full and undivided focussed attention and action.
These lenses invite us to look, perceive, and see our past, present, and future realities and potentialities in a multitude of new and exciting ways that serve to free us from any lingering limiting beliefs.
Here are some examples, of which there are many more.
Any and all of these are suited to and benefit from Flowcasting™.

Testing Dreams
Question regularly whether your dreams need to change form and evolve. Are they too slow, too fast, too small, or too big to handle?
Might they lead to overwhelm and overstretch as they are?
Does the prospect of delving into the Value Resource detail data change how you think and feel about your vision project, or goal?
Has your perspective changed now that you know a little more of the realities implementation will likely entail during its manifestation?
Or, is it just becoming a question of time, money, energy, perseverance, and fortitude until your detailed plans come to fruition?
Too much information too early can often lead to option paralysis, unintended inaction, and ultimately dissuading yourself from continuing with your mission or worse even starting your project.
Flowcasting™ emphasises knowing just enough and keeping it simple and straightforward so that your Value Resources are spent solely on realising your vision and not just idly idealising it.
This means gaining clarity, certainty, confidence, comfort, and control in order to move forward safely and securely. Always adopt the Uncommon Approach and practice Revere Seering.
Flowcasting™ is absolutely not about overloading yourself with information and a host of reasons not to proceed. Especially if your dreams reflect something that you truly need and want to realise.
But, it does serve to question your motives, your purpose, and your intention. This is a good thing. How do you wish to prioritise your life, work, career, and experience here on Mothership Earth?
Keep returning to your vision, dreams, and goals. They’ll inspire you to start and continue taking (in)action no matter the matter.
